At Boxpod we understand that our packages outlined for private landlords, councils, agents and self-storage companies aren’t the industry norm for large providers of flexible workspaces. We therefore offer a brokerage package which means that a 10% fee is only paid to Boxpod when a tenancy is signed.

We are happy to share our terms and conditions that outline our brokerage agreement and as soon as we have received these back signed all we need is information on your offices and/or industrial units and your Boxpod Account Manager will do the rest for you to allow us to start generating interest from potential tenants.
