No. Boxpod is free for anyone searching for property. There are no application fees, no broker fees and no charges to contact a landlord or agent. Boxpod only charges the listing landlord.
How long will it take to let my unit?

How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can change plan at any time from your dashboard.
Can I cancel my Boxpod subscription at any time?
Yes. All Boxpod plans are rolling monthly or annual subscriptions with no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do I save money by paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves around 20% compared with paying monthly. For example, Boxpod Lite is £115 per year instead of £144 (12 x £12).
