How the Kato integration works

  3. 3 Send us your feed S3 URL and (for multi-branch firms) your branch identifier.

Kato integration — common questions

Does Boxpod support multi-branch Kato feeds?
Yes. Fisher German runs 8 branches off a single feed, filtered per Boxpod account by branch name (Worcester, Manchester, London, Birmingham etc).
Will my Kato property updates push to Boxpod automatically?
Yes — once configured, Boxpod resyncs your feed every 24 hours. Property additions, edits, removals all flow through.
What does the integration cost?
Just your Boxpod subscription (from £12/month). The AgentInsight feed itself is part of your Kato platform — no separate fee.
Can I list non-Kato properties on the same account?
Yes. The dashboard lets you add manual listings alongside the feed-managed ones.
What image sizes does Boxpod accept?
We pull whatever Kato exposes via AgentInsight. Some firms append `?w=800&h=800` (or similar) to image URLs — we honour that suffix per agency.
