Alcium AgencyPilot integration — common questions

Does Boxpod support multi-office Alcium AgencyPilot feeds?
Yes. Multi-office firms (LSH, Eddisons, Fisher German, Brown & Co, Graham & Sibbald and others) run multiple Boxpod accounts off one feed, filtered by `officeid` per branch.
How often does Boxpod resync from AgencyPilot?
Daily by default. Changes you make in AgencyPilot are reflected on Boxpod within 24 hours.
Do I lose control of my listings on Boxpod?
No. Anything you manually mark hidden on Boxpod stays hidden — the sync only touches feed-managed properties, never your manual overrides.
What happens to images?
Images are pulled from your PropertyLink feed and hosted on Boxpod. We cache local copies so even if AgencyPilot has an outage, your listings still render images.
Can I list properties that aren't in PropertyLink yet?
Yes. You can add manual listings via the Boxpod dashboard alongside the feed-managed ones — they coexist on the same account.
