Caldes · Contour XML (FTP)

On Caldes/Contour? Your commercial listings can live on Boxpod too.

Caldes (Contour) is one of the longest-established UK commercial property CRMs. If you're already publishing to the Caldes FTP feed, Boxpod can pick it up — we already integrate with Alder King, Gadsby Nichols and Miller Commercial via this route. No new tech needed on your side.

  3. 3 Tell us your Caldes feed filename (e.g. `gadsby_boxpod_ftp_186.xml`).

FAQ

Caldes integration — common questions

How does the Caldes feed connect?
Caldes publishes XML to a shared FTP. Boxpod has read access — we pull your file on a schedule.
Multi-workgroup firms — can Boxpod split the feed?
Yes. Miller Commercial uses a single Caldes file split by workgroup_id into multiple Boxpod accounts. We support include and exclude filters.
What status fields does Boxpod read from Caldes?
Property availability (`property_status`) is normalised to Available / Under Offer / Let / Sold. We handle Caldes' specific status strings automatically.
Will images sync?
Yes — all image URLs in the Caldes XML are downloaded to Boxpod and cached locally so they keep loading even if Caldes is offline.
