ExpertAgent integration — common questions

Does Boxpod support all ExpertAgent property types?
Any commercial classification (offices, industrial, retail, land, storage, investment). Residential records are filtered out automatically.
What about lease vs sale data?
Boxpod reads both lease price and sale price fields from ExpertAgent. Properties can be listed for both simultaneously.
Do I need separate Boxpod accounts per office?
Only if you want to. Single-office ExpertAgent firms use one Boxpod account; multi-office firms typically split for analytics clarity.
