Jupix integration — common questions
What Jupix property types does Boxpod accept?
Any property flagged as commercial (`department = Commercial`). Non-UK or residential records are automatically filtered out.
How is the API authentication set up?
Jupix issues per-customer API keys. Boxpod stores the key encrypted; we never share it.
How often does Boxpod resync from Jupix?
Daily, automatically. Edits in Jupix typically reach Boxpod within 24 hours.
Does the integration cost extra?
No. Just your Boxpod subscription. Jupix may charge for API access — check with them.
Can I list non-Jupix properties alongside?
Yes. The Boxpod dashboard supports both feed-managed and manual properties on the same account.
